    Imitation is...

From around the net seem to be OK speakers. I would love to hear a set. Wouldn't be at the top spot on my bucket list, but somewhere there.

On the subjuct of oddities...anybody recognize these?

So they are only 8 inchers. Not as impressive as i first thought.

the archive isn't very complete though.

    Re: Kenwoods just fer grins...

Those proprietary cables and acres of fiberglass are the giveaway. A music store i used to frequent that also did some sound system contracting sold a LOT of those to local fairgrounds/race tracks/schools. A fairly local high school also had some of those, or something from that series in the indoor swimming pool facility up until a few years ago. They're loud as stink for their size, and tho they sounded pretty good the few times i've paid attention, i'm not sure i'd associate them with any kind of studio monitor.
